IDR is seeking a Digital Project Manager of Tiktok Shop to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves managing go-to-market strategies and coordinating brand activations for TikTok Shop within a dynamic, innovative environment focused on social commerce and digital marketing.
Position Overview for the Digital Project Manager of Tiktok Shop:
- Support all go-to-market functions of TikTok Shop, including campaign planning and execution
- Manage the channels GTM calendar, ensuring timely delivery of activations and campaigns
- Lead coordination of major activation moments, including LIVEs, brand events, and influencer collaborations
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Track and report on program progress, build processes, and coordinate event amplification strategies
Requirements for the Digital Project Manager of Tiktok Shop:
- Bachelors Degree preferred or relevant work experience
- 3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying and/or Category Management experience
- Passionate about social media and the new creator economy
- Highly organized with ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
