Smile Fusion Dental Labs in Louisville, KY is looking for  a Digital Removable Dental Technician

Smile Fusion Dental Labs is a fully digital dental laboratory dedicated to delivering high-quality restorations through advanced technology, precision craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, we partner with dental practices nationwide to provide crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations, and custom prosthetics with industry-leading turnaround times.
Our digital-first workflow combines CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and skilled technicians to produce accurate, esthetic, and durable restorations while reducing remakes and chair time. Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts

Position Requirements:

  • Prepare, finish and polish acrylic and 3D-printed removable dental prosthetics.
  • Trim, contour, and characterize dentures and partials for optimal esthetics and function.
  • Process, clean, cure, and finish 3D-printed dental appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform final quality control inspections to ensure proper fit, function, and appearance.
  • Collaborate with digital production teams to maintain efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
  • Utilize CAD/CAM digital workflows and dental laboratory equipment to fabricate precision removable prosthetics.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.


Pay is dependent upon experience level. 
Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
