Our client, a performance-driven digital services and advertising agency, is seeking a Programmatic Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the sales of digital media and programmatic services to join their team!
This role is ideal for a consultative seller with an existing network and a knack for identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and helping brands grow through innovative data and audience-based solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new revenue through new client acquisition, leading high-value client conversations, working to craft solutions with clients and close deals. This is a high- impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to help shape the future of a growing agency.
What Youll Do
Drive new business by leveraging your existing network and uncovering fresh opportunities.
Craft and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions that speak directly to client needs.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation through deal close and client onboarding.
Collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success.
Stay ahead of marketing trends and help influence the evolution of our service offerings.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, business development, or client services within advertising, marketing, or professional services.
o Media strategy or planning experience is a plus.
o Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Skills & Traits:
o You have existing relationships with potential clients, a proven book of business and strong regional or vertical-specific network.
o You're a strategic thinker and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior marketing decision-makers.

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required.
