Our client, a performance-driven digital services and advertising agency, is seeking a Programmatic Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the sales of digital media and programmatic services to join their team!

This role is ideal for a consultative seller with an existing network and a knack for identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and helping brands grow through innovative data and audience-based solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new revenue through new client acquisition, leading high-value client conversations, working to craft solutions with clients and close deals. This is a high- impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to help shape the future of a growing agency.

What You’ll Do
• Drive new business by leveraging your existing network and uncovering fresh opportunities.
• Craft and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions that speak directly to client needs.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation through deal close and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and help influence the evolution of our service offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, business development, or client services within advertising, marketing, or professional services.
o Media strategy or planning experience is a plus.
o Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Skills & Traits:
o You have existing relationships with potential clients, a proven book of business and strong regional or vertical-specific network.
o You're a strategic thinker and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior marketing decision-makers.
o You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of outcomes.
o You’re motivated by results and inspired by client success.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
