Digital Services SpecialistDescription

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

 

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of E-Commerce applications and related processes. • Lead organizational improvements for Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms. • Contribute to cross-functional project teams, working with new tools, interfaces, and workflows. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., brand, sales, product development, account management, finance, sales ops, customer service) to identify and resolve process and customer experience gaps. • Deliver training and maintain user guides for both internal users and external customers. • Manage and document quality assurance and user testing for Salesforce and E-Commerce enhancements. • Partner with customer-facing teams to triage issues and provide ongoing user and operational support. • Monitor and resolve daily integration errors between Salesforce, E-Commerce, and ERP systems; maintain logs for issue tracking and root cause analysis. • Identify and document process gaps that impact the customer experience, raising red flags where corrective action is needed.

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Marketing, or related field required.

Years of Experience: 3 or more years of marketing/communications and/or customer service and e-commerce experience required

Software Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce, and Data Management Tools required.
