In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Support content syndication across applicable retailers, with primary hands-on use of Syndigo and support for Salsify. Assist with catalog management activities including product setup, item maintenance, content updates, asset organization, and data accuracy.
- Track content readiness, syndication status, catalog issues, retailer-specific requirements, and compliance scorecards using organized trackers and documentation.
- Coordinate approved product content and digital assets for publication to retailer product detail pages.
- Troubleshoot basic content syndication and catalog issues and escalate more complex issues to the Senior eComm Manager, platform partners, or retailer support teams.
- Monitor retailer requirements, content specifications, and submission guidelines to help ensure content meets retailer expectations.
- Submit, track, and follow up on retailer, platform, or vendor tickets related to content, catalog, syndication, and digital shelf issues.
- Monitor ratings and reviews across priority omnichannel retailers, identify recurring themes or content gaps, and support review tracking, reporting, and escalation. Suggest improvements of the PDP page.
- Support review seeding efforts using Bazaarvoice for omnichannel retailers and Yogi for Amazon.
- Partner with the internal art team on retailer-specific creative, primarily for Walmart. (repurposing from Amazon)
- Help maintain accurate, complete, and brand-aligned product content across priority non-Amazon and omnichannel retailer platforms.
- Assist with content refreshes, item updates, new item setup support, content audits, asset checks, and routine digital shelf maintenance as needed.
- Partner with the Senior eComm Manager, Sales, Marketing, agencies, retailer support teams, and digital shelf platform/vendor partners to complete assigned content and catalog tasks.
- Maintain organized trackers, documentation, status updates, and learnings related to content readiness, tickets, retailer issues, recurring issues, and optimization priorities.
