Digital signage content project manager

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We're looking for an experienced content project manager to join our growing digital screens team, supporting one of the UK's largest catering and hospitality suppliers.

Working across hospitality, sports, leisure, healthcare and education environments, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the delivery of digital screen content reaching millions of consumers every day, from seasonal campaigns and product launches to reactive content updates and venue-specific communications.

This is a fast-paced role where deadlines are often driven by live operational requirements, promotional launches and major events. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients and internal teams.

They'll work closely with clients, designers, content creators, schedulers and technical teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest possible standard.

The role involves managing digital content projects, delivering campaigns, content updates, amendments and special projects across a diverse portfolio, and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

The project manager will build strong relationships with clients to become a trusted contact, manage expectations around timescales and delivery, produce content schedules and brief internal scheduling teams.

They will need to be happy working closely with creative, production and technical teams to deliver content efficiently and effectively, while prioritising competing demands and making informed decisions, managing project workflows through CRM and CMS platforms, and resolving issues to maintain momentum across projects.
