Execute end-to-end product launches, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time deliveryMaintain product data, imagery, taxonomy, pricing, and merchandising integrityOwn merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and product listing experiencesAlign product presentation to seasonal storytelling and commercial objectives
Site Merchandising & Optimization
Analyze product and category performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and sell-throughRecommend merchandising enhancements including placement, sorting logic, cross-linking, and content improvementsIdentify friction points in the customer journey and partner cross-functionally to resolve themSupport testing initiatives and apply insights to improve PDP and category experiences
Business Ownership & Partnership
Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Creative, UX/Product, and Data teams to support launch readiness and ongoing optimizationCommunicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to stakeholdersAlign site execution with broader product and marketing strategiesProactively identify opportunities to improve the digital experience and grow the business
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Ecommerce or Related Field; or equivalent years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital merchandising, or related fieldRetail or consumer product experience preferredStrong analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisionsExceptional attention to detail and operational executionCustomer-first perspective with a passion for digital experiencesStrong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated curiosity, ownership mentality, and proactive problem solvingExperience with ecommerce platforms, CMS/PIM tools, or analytics solutions preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Predominately remote work with requirement to work in-office as needed and attend in studio photo shootsLight lifting (10-15 lbs)Travel (5%)After hours and weekend hours if necessary
This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.Carhartt is a tobacco free workplace.
