Digital Solutions Analyst – Human Resources (Onsite, Contract)

Job Summary

Sigma Inc is seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst – Human Resources to join our team onsite in Irving, TX for a 3-month contract. This role is critical in supporting and enhancing HR digital tools, automation, and technology platforms that improve the overall Associate Experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with HR systems and digital solutions, and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, Product, and Engineering teams. You will own support cases end-to-end, contribute to system improvements, and support technology initiatives across the HR ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain HR digital technologies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, vendors, and product engineering teams

  • Own and manage HR technology support cases through resolution or reassignment

  • Provide analytical support to evaluate and enhance HR technology systems

  • Analyze and recommend improvements to automation practices, standards, and performance metrics

  • Assist with technology roadmaps aligned with business and strategic objectives

  • Support project management activities to ensure successful delivery of HR technology initiatives

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and project scope

  • Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of HR systems

  • Monitor automation solutions, identify performance issues, and recommend corrective actions

  • Participate in product testing, documentation, and knowledge article creation

  • Stay current with HR technology trends, tools, and best practices

  • Demonstrate OneCHRISTUS competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of experience in:

    • Digital solutions or HR technology

    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    • Document storage or document management systems

  • Experience supporting technology or system implementation projects

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in data management, process analysis, and software applications


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of automation frameworks, methodologies, and tools

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence documentation

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Experience supporting HR technology ecosystems


Preferred Certifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

  • Agile Certified Practitioner


Work Environment
