    Summary

We are seeking a Digital Strategist to lead (and ensure) the effective adoption and operational integration of Adobe technologies within client organizations. This role will be critical in shaping marketing transformation initiatives by aligning people, process, and technology to achieve measurable business outcomes. This strategist will apply Prosci-certified change management practices, deep management consulting experience, and robust storytelling and presentation skills to drive executive alignment and sustainable adoption of Adobe's Digital Experience suite: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This Digital Strategist will be responsible for all aspects of change management, from initial assessments of the organizational impact of new technologies to the long-term success and ROI of implemented solutions. This work involves extensive collaboration with executives and stakeholders to manage expectations, mitigate risks, and drive the organizational change required for successful marketing and digital transformation.

    Responsibilities

    • Change Strategy Development - Develop and document comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, and communication plans to support the deployment of Adobe technologies, leveraging Prosci ADKAR methodology.
    • Marketing Transformation Enablement - Lead change initiatives that focus on marketing operations, personalization at scale, and content workflows, ensuring organizational alignment to maximize value from AEP, Workfront, and AEM investments.
    • Organizational Readiness - Conduct detailed assessments of the current organizational landscape, including change impact assessments, to tailor change strategies that drive effective adoption. Prepare clear documentation of as-is and future-state processes, roles, and responsibilities.
    • Stakeholder Engagement - Identify and map key stakeholders, analyze their influence and interest, and develop tailored engagement plans to ensure alignment and reduce resistance. Facilitate executive visioning workshops to align stakeholders with program goals and marketing transformation objectives.
    • Executive Communication & Training - Create visually compelling and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations to communicate vision, strategy, and progress; partner with Adobe's Digital Learning Services to develop and execute training programs that ensure teams are prepared to adopt new workflows and tools.
    • Risk & Resistance Management - Identify potential resistance and barriers to change, then develop targeted strategies to address these issues; maintain a comprehensive risk register and deploy proactive mitigation tactics to ensure the project stays on track.
    • Adoption Measurement & Enhancement - Establish and track key success metrics and KPIs from initial stages through post-deployment; use feedback mechanisms (surveys, interviews) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Sustained Change Support - Provide ongoing support post-go-live including troubleshooting, user support, and advanced training; develop a long-term plan to reinforce changes, ensuring sustained adoption and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field required (Master's degree in Marketing or Technology Management preferred).
    • Experience - 7+ years leading change management and marketing transformation programs, ideally within a management consulting or Fortune 500 environment.

    • Adobe Solutions Knowledge - Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a solid understanding of how these tools enable marketing and customer experience transformation.
    • Strategic & Analytical Skills - Proven ability to align change management strategies with business goals and translate complex challenges into actionable insights.
    • PowerPoint & Executive Storytelling - Exceptional ability to develop executive-ready presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
