3-5 Years Manage and maintain the company's digital systems, including servers, databases, and cloud-based platforms. Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of digital assets and data. Deploy and configure software applications and updates as needed. Monitor software licenses and compliance. Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with digital tools and troubleshooting issues. Assist with user account management and access control. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect digital assets from threats and vulnerabilities. Monitor for security breaches and take appropriate action. Oversee data backup and recovery procedures. Manage data storage solutions efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of digital systems, configurations, and procedures. Keep records of software licenses and hardware inventory. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with IT professionals and vendors for system upgrades
