Digital Technical Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a highly visible implementation team. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and the vendor. This role involves documenting processes, performing gap analysis, and gathering technical requirements for a new SaaS bond accounting platform implementation within the Trust & Fiduciary business.

Candidates should have financial services/banking expeirence and should have experience with API integrated implementations that have directly impacted a .com/customer facing web app.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration and integration of DPRE-managed rates and product information into Truist.com.
• Validate rate accuracy, product details, disclosures, and associated metadata before publication.
• Coordinate content, rate, product feature, and disclosures updates to Consumer and Small Business deposit product pages.
• Monitor rate changes and ensure updates are displayed accurately and within established SLAs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of rate displays across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Document business rules, publishing processes, and governance requirements related to DPRE integration
• Execute functional and content QA testing for rate and product information deployments.
• Maintain project status reports, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
• Document current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes.
• Perform gap analysis and identify required system integrations.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and the vendor.
• Gather and document technical requirements that can be handed directly to developers.
• Establish connectivity to the SaaS environment, including SSO and MFA configuration.
• Support the development of internal and external integrations for automated account setup and data population.
• Work on a digital product integration with a customer-facing website.
• Build sufficient product knowledge to support future product ownership.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role supporting digital product, website content management, or project coordination initiatives. Experience with SaaS implementations and integrations is required.

Skills:

• Strong background in technical business analysis, including process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, file transfers, and system-to-system connectivity.
• Must have experience with a digital product integration for a .com/customer-facing website.
• Proficiency in documenting technical requirements for development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, IBM FileNet, Node.js APIs, SEI Trust 3000, and batch file transfers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services or banking experience.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and kanban.
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot or GitLab Duo.
