Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $68200 - $105525 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Ralph Lauren is seeking an innovative Associate Product Manager to support the discovery, delivery, and optimization of global digital shopping experiences within the Selection product domain. This role will support the evolution of product discovery including browse, search, merchandising, and personalization capabilities to help customers efficiently find and evaluate products across Ralph Lauren's digital ecosystem. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to understand customer and business needs, translate insights into actionable requirements and help deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, highly organized, and excited to leverage data to inform decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition and execution of roadmap items for global product discovery and selection experiences, including browse, search, merchandising, and personalization capabilities.
- Partner with global and regional business stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to understand customer and business needs, synthesize feedback and help shape scalable product solutions that balance global strategy with local market requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Engineering, Design/User Experience and Commercial teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria with supporting documentation to enable successful delivery
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, supporting prioritization activities and ensuring features are appropriately defined, refined, and aligned to business objectives and release plans.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned initiatives, proactively communicating status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership
- Analyze customer behavior, performance, and product metrics to measure success, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform prioritization decisions.
- Build strong working relationships across a highly matrixed organization, fostering alignment and driving decisions through collaboration and influence
- Support user acceptance testing, launch readiness activities, training and documentation to ensure successful adoption and operational readiness for new capabilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Ralph Lauren's customers, digital ecosystem and competitive landscape to continuously inform product recommendations and future enhancements
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Prior experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, eCommerce, Digital Product or a related field supporting the delivery of customer-facing digital experiences
- Foundational understanding of the product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, backlog management and requirements documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- High level of intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs and solving complex business problems
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Figma, and AI-enabled productivity tools
- Familiarity working with globally distributed teams or international markets is a plus
