What You'll DoAs a Digital Workplace Engineer I, you will:Support Microsoft 365 and Collaboration Technologies

Help administer and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 servicesAssist with user provisioning, licensing, access requests, and platform administrationSupport troubleshooting of productivity, communication, and collaboration solutionsMonitor platform health and assist with issue resolution and escalations

Support Modern Endpoint Management

Assist with Windows device deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle managementSupport device enrollment and management using Microsoft IntuneHelp maintain software deployments, application updates, patching, and endpoint complianceParticipate in device refresh, onboarding, relocation, and retirement activities

Contribute to Digital Workplace Operations

Support daily operations of workplace technology platformsParticipate in testing, upgrades, enhancements, and pilot programsAssist with incident, request, problem, and change management activitiesHelp maintain secure, reliable, and user-friendly workplace technology services

Help Improve the Employee Technology Experience

Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service deliveryProvide professional support to associates across the organizationAssist with technology adoption initiatives and end-user enablement activitiesContribute ideas that improve productivity, collaboration, and user experience

Learn and Grow

Develop expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, and workplace technologiesExplore ways AI can improve troubleshooting, documentation, and productivityParticipate in training, certification programs, and team knowledge-sharing activitiesStay informed on emerging workplace technologies and industry trends

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated technology professional who enjoys learning, solving problems, and helping others succeed.Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience may be considered0-2 years of experience supporting workplace technology, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, or IT operationsInternship, co-op, military, technical support, or related hands-on technology experience is welcomedStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot issues and follow established processes and proceduresStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Foundational experience with Microsoft 365 technologiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, or OneDriveExposure to PowerShell, scripting, or automation conceptsUnderstanding of cloud-based productivity platforms and endpoint managementExperience using AI tools to improve learning, research, documentation, or problem-solvingMicrosoft certifications such as:

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Endpoint Administrator AssociateITIL Foundation
