This job is In-Person and not a remote job, location is: 2310 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA

What We Offer

• A set schedule Monday - Friday (OT may be required)
• Candidates with prior or active Tier 3 clearances or higher clearances are highly encouraged to apply
• Location: 2310 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA
• 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
• FULL BENEFITS – 1st day of employment
• Starting at $19.44 paid biweekly
• Eligible for SCA pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined)
• 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays + sick pay

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
• Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
• Index key data into multiple software applications
• Print document control sheets for all records
• Adhering to imaging center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties specified by your supervisor/manager

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to obtain a Secret DoD clearance (Tier 5) before starting. A US citizenship is required to obtain this clearance level.
• Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Reasonably expected salary range: $34,800.00 - $43,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where state, municipal, provincial, territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
