Job Summary

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department by assisting with event setups, conversions, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

Essential Functions

• Physically assist with event setups, conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist the AssistantManagersof Operations, ConversionCrewLeads and Event Managerswithrelevant event/operationrelated information.
• Work with  Supervisorsto establishday to day tasks for department.
• Perform facility operational tasks to maintain the facility on non-event days.
• Otheroperationalresponsibilities and dutiesasassigned. 

Required Qualifications

• High School Diplomaoritsequivalency
• 0-2years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of operations equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools,etc. 
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysas event schedulerequires
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a timely manner
• Ability to work as a team and accuratelyfollowinstructions
• Ability to complete tasks with great attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
• Ability to lift upto 75 lbs with a team member
• Ability to communicateeffectivelyin English
• Excellenttime management skills and ability to prioritizespecifictasks
• Strongorganizationalskillswithability to multi-task and effectivelymaneuverbetweenfunctions. 
• Forkliftcertificationnotbutstronglypreferred
• Bi-lingualproficiencyinSpanishpreferred
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Knowledge of and/or previous work experience in sports and entertainment preferred
• Knowledge of general safety practices

Required Qualifications

Payscale: $21.53 per hour

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
