Picture the challenge

1. At the line, you verify parts through visual, dimensional, and functional checks exactly as defined in the Control Plan.
2. With calipers, micrometers, and vision systems, you confirm critical dimensions and catch deviations early.
3. You document everything—clean, complete records—and enter statistical results on the computer.
4. QA Lab gaging is second nature, and you can spot defects on molded/assembled components fast.
5. You uphold the plan, keep attendance and punctuality impeccable, and set the tone for professionalism.

Where you step in further

• Retain samples per procedure; print labels for daily production retains/tailgates at shift start.
• Notify the Supervisor/Lead of non‑conformances and follow product rejection processes.
• Keep QC equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• When directed, oversee rework in the hold area and complete final inspection of reworked parts.
• Take on other assigned tasks to support production goals.

Your toolkit

• 1–3 years in Quality Control; ideally 1+ year in a plastic injection molding setting.
• Comfort with precision metrology equipment and blueprint reading.
• SPC know‑how; familiarity with ISO 9001 & 13485.
• Fluent in English (read/write/communicate); strong independent and team collaboration skills.
• Computer savvy—Word, Excel, and QC data analysis.
