As a Server, you'll be the face of hospitality - taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. You'll uphold safety and cleanliness standards, handle financial transactions, and contribute to a fun, friendly, and safe environment. This position requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
Follow alcohol safety protocols, including ID verification
Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and shared areas
Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during service
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Promote the "Big Six" values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of serving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to obtain a food handler's card
Completion of alcohol awareness training
Eligibility for a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke
