Dining Area Supervisor

Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.50, depending on experience

Status: Full- Time, Non-Exempt

The Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly employees in the performance of assigned activities within the operation, by performing the Essential Duties outlined below.

Primary Essential Duties:

• Supports and maintains high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
• Takes necessary action to ensure that all food and service standards are met.
• Ensures a safe work environment and enforces safety guidelines.
• Maintains good communication with guests and employees.
• Ensures proper sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

• 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Education / Licenses Required:

• Associates Degree in Hospitality or commensurate experience.
• Serve Safe certification within 60 days of hire
