Candle Light Cove is looking for a culinary professional that is team and people oriented to lead our Dining Department in our Assisted Living Community. We are searching for a strong leader and mentor to lead our dining department to greatness. Salary: $77,000 - $78,000 per year + Bonus Potential Expectations: - Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members
- Meal planning, preparation and cooking
- Proactively order and track food items and supplies
- Creatively plan and prepare a menu for special events
- Maintain strict compliance with all food and safety regulations (federal, state and company)
- Create an upbeat and social atmosphere that enhances the dining experience
- Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist residents when needed
Qualifications: - Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members
- H.S. Diploma or GED is required
- Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred
- Food Service certification is preferred
