The Dining Room Coordinator will provide hands on dining room management of all front of house serving staff. Our restaurant and cafe function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or cafe. Our Dining Room Manager works with the Director of Culinary to determine staffing needs and help guide Dining Servers. We provide the best service to our residents and their guests. Qualifications:Provide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staffParticipate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining ServicesResponsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experienceWork as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guestsInteract with residents and guests on a daily basisMaintain standards of cleanliness and attention to detailsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED or the equivalent education, training, and experienceMinimum of two (2) years restaurant / senior living or equivalent serving and staff managementexperienceValid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course once employed#indeedHKThe Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
