Bridgewater Bistro is seeking dining room manager. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a front of house team of up to 25 staff members in a high volume environment. Sommelier certification recommended, however not required, as we are willing to train the right individual. Thorough knowledge of all FOH operations is a must including MICROS POS, OpenTable, KDS system, UPPS, food/beverage expediting, schedule writing, proforma, invoice coding, ordering, scheduling, etc. Must understand the difference between being a boss and being a leader and demonstrate success to the team through servant leadership. Hourly wage DOE.
