At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

*We are currently holding open interviews every Tuesday from 4pm-5pm. Apply and come to our restaurant to be interviewed by one of your hiring directors. If you have a resume you can attach it to your application or bring in a hard copy. Open interviews end at 5pm sharp.

Looking for a kind, smiley and welcoming host to be the friendly face in our dining room. Some responsibilities are greeting guests, restocking the condiment bar, refreshing beverages, wiping off tables, offering to dispose of trash on trays used by guests, sanitizing high chairs and maintaining the cleanliness and organization in our dining room and restrooms.

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Maintain Eye Contact
  • Speak Enthusiastically
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining room area by wiping tables, sweeping, restocking condiment bar and cleaning up after guests
  • Restocking items in restrooms and keeping up with cleanliness
  • Handing out stickers and mini cows to kids
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
  • Maintaining trash in dining room and restrooms
  • Providing 2nd mile service by checkin in with guests, refilling beverages, taking their trays, etc.
