Position Summary

The Dining Room Host is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area while providing genuine hospitality to guests. This role focuses on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and beverage station
• Refresh tables and seating areas promptly
• Assist guests with refills, high chairs, and special requests
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support team members with operational needs during busy periods
• Ensure dining room standards align with Chick-fil-A expectations

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• No previous experience required — training provided
