Days/Hours Required: MONDAY - SATURDAY (SUN OFF) 5:00PM - 11:00PM

Schedule: Evening availability required Monday – Saturday (approximately 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Consistent weekly scheduling provided in accordance with NYC Fair Workweek laws. Sundays off.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Dining Room Host to join our Chick-fil-A team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and clean dining environment while providing excellent customer service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and common areas
• Assist guests with guest needs such as refills and seating support
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Support team operations and uphold Chick-fil-A service standards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay active and on your feet during shifts
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Additional Information (NYC Compliance):

• Work schedules are provided at least 14 days in advance
• Employees receive consistent weekly schedules
• Any schedule changes will follow NYC Fair Workweek regulations
