Position Type:

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests in finding suitable seating and accommodate special requests when possible.
- Ensure a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service.
Dining Room Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect and clean tables, chairs, and highchairs to maintain a neat and sanitary dining area.
- Monitor and promptly clean up spills to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
- Arrange and organize dining room furniture to ensure an efficient and welcoming layout.
Restroom Maintenance:
- Regularly check and clean restrooms to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure adequate supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate customer service efforts.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
Compliance:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Follow established procedures for cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
