Chick-fil-A Unser & Southern is seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Dining Room Host/Hostess. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment for our guests.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist guests in finding suitable seating and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Ensure a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service.

Dining Room Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect and clean tables, chairs, and highchairs to maintain a neat and sanitary dining area.
• Monitor and promptly clean up spills to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
• Arrange and organize dining room furniture to ensure an efficient and welcoming layout.

Restroom Maintenance:

• Regularly check and clean restrooms to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure adequate supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked.

Team Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate customer service efforts.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.

Compliance:

• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Follow established procedures for cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
