Host / Hostess - Front of House
At Chick-fil-A, the Host/Hostess role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to create a warm, welcoming first impression for every guest. Working directly with an independent Owner/Operator, Hosts and Hostesses gain valuable life experience while helping deliver an exceptional dining experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring guests feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Job Responsibilities
Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude Create and maintain eye contact while speaking enthusiastically with guests Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave Manage guest flow, seating, and wait times efficiently Make emotional connections with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and entry area Be dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Consistent and reliable attendance Cheerful, positive, and professional demeanor Passion for serving and helping others Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Works well independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs as needed Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
