How you make a difference:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
• Maintain a refreshingly clean and enjoyable Dining Room environment
• Anticipate and fulfill Dining Room guest needs by refreshing beverages, fulfilling request for condiments, etc.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of the Dining Room; keep Hospitality Station and restrooms stocked and clean.
• Enhance the Chick-fil-A visit experience by interacting with guests in a manner that makes them feel welcome and valued.
• Work as part of a high-performance team by delivering meals to Dining Room guests when needed.

• Path for growth includes: Training & Support Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead (Supervisor), Assistant Director and Director levels with corresponding increases in compensation
• Starting wage of $15.05 per hour with opportunities for performance-based pay increases

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be available to work Thursday through Saturday, 3pm-close
• Minimum 16 years old
• Commitment to be your best at all times
• Desire to take initiative

• Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for the entire shift
• Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
