From the warm welcome to the fond farewell, the Dining Room Host ensures the presence of all required service behaviors throughout our guests’ visit.

To be considered for part-time employment, part-time applicants must be:
• Available to regularly work both Fridays and Saturdays.
• Available to work at least 3 peak period shifts per week (including weekend shifts). Peak periods are 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00.
Our Full- Time Benefits include the following in addition to all Part-Time Benefits
• Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
• 100% Individual Medical Insurance Premium Coverage (60 day waiting period)
• Paid Time Off Accrual after one complete calendar year of full-time work (average 34+ hrs/week)
To be considered for employment, full-time applicants must be:
• Available to regularly work Monday - Saturday
• Available to work 34+ hours per week
Dining Room Host Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
• Maintain an environment of hospitality by providing personalized service to guests according to our recipe for service
• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Can lift and carry around 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
