Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions
- Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly
- Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
- Must love to smile and connect with people
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not
- limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
