Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
•  Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions
•  Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly
• Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
•  Must love to smile and connect with people
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not
• limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru)
