The Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This position focuses on hospitality, cleanliness, and guest engagement to ensure every customer feels cared for during their visit. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, checking in during their meals to ensure satisfaction, and assisting with needs such as refills, order taking, or other accommodations while striving to create memorable dining experiences. The Dining Room Host is also responsible for keeping the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked by wiping tables, sweeping floors, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash. Above all, this position requires demonstrating a servant’s heart, maintaining a positive attitude, and upholding professionalism and integrity while representing the Chick-fil-A brand through excellent hospitality and care.
