Our dining room has always been at the heart of that experience, a place where stories are shared, friendships are formed, traditions are celebrated, and guests become part of the Fair Hills family.

Working at Fair Hills is unlike working at a typical restaurant. Our season is short & busy, we work hard and some days are long, but it's incredibly rewarding. Between mid-May and the end of September, we pour months of energy, creativity, and teamwork into creating unforgettable vacations for thousands of guests. The pace is fast, the days are full, and every meal is an opportunity to make someone's vacation a little more memorable.

There's a unique satisfaction that comes from accomplishing so much in such a concentrated season. You'll finish each summer knowing you've helped create countless memories that families will talk about for years to come.

Our winter off-season provides the opportunity to recharge, reflect, plan, and prepare for another incredible summer. It's a rhythm that has defined Fair Hills for a century; a season of giving everything you've got, followed by a season of renewal before creating the magic all over again.
