For over 100 years, the dining room has been one of the gathering places that makes Fair Hills Resort special. Families reconnect over meals, friendships are made around the table, and traditions continue year after year.
We're looking for a positive, energetic Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a leadership position that combines staff management, guest relations, and daily restaurant operations.
Restaurant or hospitality management experience is preferred but not required. Leadership ability, organization, and a passion for guest service are most important.
The ideal candidate is:
Off-Season (October through Mid-May)
Resort Season (Mid-May through End of September)
For more than 100 years, Fair Hills Resort has set the standard for genuine Minnesota hospitality, welcoming generations of families back summer after summer. Our dining room has always been at the heart of that experience, a place where stories are shared, friendships are formed, traditions are celebrated, and guests become part of the Fair Hills family.
Working at Fair Hills is unlike working at a typical restaurant. Our season is short & busy, we work hard and some days are long, but it's incredibly rewarding. Between mid-May and the end of September, we pour months of energy, creativity, and teamwork into creating unforgettable vacations for thousands of guests. The pace is fast, the days are full, and every meal is an opportunity to make someone's vacation a little more memorable.
There's a unique satisfaction that comes from accomplishing so much in such a concentrated season. You'll finish each summer knowing you've helped create countless memories that families will talk about for years to come.
Our winter off-season provides the opportunity to recharge, reflect, plan, and prepare for another incredible summer. It's a rhythm that has defined Fair Hills for a century; a season of giving everything you've got, followed by a season of renewal before creating the magic all over again.
If you thrive on teamwork, love building relationships, and find fulfillment in creating exceptional guest experiences, you'll discover that Fair Hills isn't just a place to work, it's a place to build a career and become part of a century-long tradition of hospitality excellence.
