Our clubhouse boasts multiple dining outlets, with two fully-equipped kitchens, a laid-back grill room for up to 200 guests, and a grand ballroom accommodating up to 300 attendees for weddings, private gatherings, golf events, and club activities.
This role is pivotal in managing front-of-house dining services, ensuring an exceptional standard of service and satisfaction. The primary responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating dining staff, along with promoting a culture of distinction, collaboration, and professionalism.

Key tasks involve leading and supporting front-of-house teams, optimizing staff shifts for daily dining and special occasions, and authorizing dining staff payroll. The position also includes managing reservations, coordinating event seating arrangements, and conducting pre-shift briefings to ensure service consistency and operational briefings are communicated.
Visibility on the dining floor is crucial, as is upholding a seamless hospitality experience for each member and guest. Responsibilities extend to managing all dining operations, checking for accuracy in server reports, and resolving any member issues with efficiency and professionalism.
This position includes serving as Manager-on-Duty for closing protocols and collaborating closely with culinary and club management to ensure successful dining and event execution.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in similar settings such as private clubs, high-end hotels, or fine dining. Key skills include leadership, interpersonal, and motivation of staff to achieve excellence. POS system expertise is preferred, especially Jonas Club Software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A professional appearance and communication skills are essential, with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience.
