A Manager at Napoleon House is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations and service standards of our restaurant. We are seeking a high-energy individual to supervise all aspects of the dining room, ensuring staff and guest satisfaction. Competitive Salary
About You:
• 1 year of restaurant management experience
• High volume background is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Confident direction in the standards and practices of service
• Can effectively open and close the physical operation
