Proven experience managing busy, fast-paced restaurants
Strong leadership skills — exudes confidence, motivates others, and keeps a calm presence under pressure
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences
ServSafe Manager’s Card required
High energy, self-motivated, and willing to prove themselves in a competitive environment
Experience in opening a restaurant from scratch is preferred
