What You'll Do

As a Dining Server, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents by:

• Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service

• Delivering meals with warmth, professionalism, and a hospitality-first attitude

• Assisting residents with special dining requests and accommodations

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room

• Working closely with the culinary team to provide outstanding service

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings
