Dining Room Server - Flexible Scheduling

Sycamore Glenis a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Miamisburg, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: $14. - $16 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 3p-7p various days.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Flexible availability with availability for weekends and holidays as needed
• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• 16 years of age or older
