Dining Room Server Full Time

Sycamore Glen is a vibrant senior living community full of friendly neighbors, a sense of belonging, and purposeful livinglocated in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating an expectational dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr,  based on years of experience

Schedule: 10:30am-7pm, must have weekend availability 

• Week 1/3 Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 
  Week 2/4 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others

• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety

• Must be 18 or older.
