Position Overview

Join our vibrant Plaza community as a Dining Room Server! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to create wonderful dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals promptly and courteously, assisting residents with menu selections and addressing any requests.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors after every meal service.
• Collaborate with coworkers to promote a positive, resilient, and smooth-running kitchen and dining room.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills (no prior experience needed—we provide full on-the-job training!).
• Flexible schedule required, including availability for weekends and holidays as shifts vary.
• A dependable work ethic and a genuine desire to work closely with a supportive team and community.

All candidates must be able to:

• Pass a two-step TB Clearance
• Pass criminal background checks and drug screen post offer.
• Have or willing to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification (we will cover the cost)
