Join Our Team as a Dining Room Server/Supervisor at The Converse Home!
The Converse Home is a warm and welcoming assisted living community in downtown Burlington, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where residents can truly thrive.
We’re currently looking for an experienced dining room server/ supervisor to join our dining team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the same residents each day, build meaningful connections, and make mealtimes a highlight of their day.
Position Details:
Schedule: 11 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday.
Serve meals in a professional, caring manner to residents and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen service areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent dining experience. Ensuring servers are prepared for meal service.
Bring a positive attitude and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Support servers in responding to resident requests, questions, and/or complaints.
