Dining Room Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Weathervane is hiring for the 2026 Summer Season.
We are looking for a seasonal, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented person to supervise the Weathervane Restaurant. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with positions available May through mid-October.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with customers and staff members.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting to work at a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
