If you enjoy cooking, this position also offers a unique opportunity to cross-train and earn a higher wage by filling in as a cook when needed. Schedule & Pay Rate- Base Pay: $12.80 per hour
- Cook Premium Pay: Up to $15.10 per hour when filling in for cooking shifts.
- Shift Hours: Daylight hours, rotating between 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Status: Part-Time with a predictable, rotating weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities- Take resident food orders and serve hot, delicious meals in our dining room with a friendly attitude.
- Help set up the dining room before meals, clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen cleanup.
- For those with experience: Step into the kitchen to prepare and cook high-quality meals for our residents when the culinary team needs coverage.
- Build positive relationships with our seniors by learning their unique dining preferences.
Requirements- Must be 16 years of age or older to serve (18 or older with prior experience preferred if interested in the cross-training cook shifts).
- No prior server experience required; we provide complete on-the-job training.
- High reliability is a must—our residents count on us to be on time for breakfast and lunch.
- Must pass standard pre-employment background checks.
