Pay starting at $19.00 per hour, based on experience
Summary:
Assists in the oversight of all aspects of the WRMC Dining Service Department. Lead and inspire the dining services team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Assists with ensuring residents, family members, guests, and associates have an extraordinary dining experience. Ensure a culture of outstanding customer service is instilled throughout the department. Provide world-class meals to residents, guests and catered events.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduation from a Culinary Program (High School or Post-Secondary) is preferred.
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Serve Safe Certification and CDM is preferred. However, training will be provided if needed.
Ability to communicate well with a variety of people, including the elderly.
