Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine assignments and material needs
- Move freight, stock, and materials between storage, production areas, and loading docks
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
- Operate industrial trucks and warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory for accuracy
- Pack and unpack items for storage or shipment
- Maintain accurate records of units handled using production sheets or systems
- Assist with inventory control, including stock verification and organization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and basic recordkeeping skills
- Ability to lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced environment
