TITLE: DIRECT CARE SUPPORT
SCHEDULE: 02:15PM-10:15PM OR 03:00PM-11:00PM WEEKEND COVERAGE REQUIRED
PAYRATE: $18.50/HR INCREASES FOR 30+COLLEGE CREDITS OR UP TO 10Y EXPERIENCE
POSITION TYPE: TEMP-PERM
LOCATION: ULSTER AND DUTCHESS COUNTY
DIRECT SUPPORT FOR ADULT POPULATION IN VARIOUS HOUSES IN DUTCHESS & ULSTER COUNTIES.

Responsibilities:
- Participates in and takes our individuals to company sponsored outings (Baseball games, bowling, dinners at restaurants, movies, etc.)
- Supports good health and safety (food prep, toileting, hygiene, bathing, etc.)
- Provides Person-Centered Supports
- Demonstrates Professionalism
- Builds and Maintains positive relationships
- Supports our individuals growth
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid NYS Drivers License
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be capable at all times of initiating or assisting in all components of the crisis intervention of the agency
