Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress.
• Administer medication and assist with health-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and care provided.
• Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
• Experience in direct care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance as per state regulations.
