Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm

What We Are Looking For
Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle
A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
What Does the Job Entail?
You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
• Individual community outings • Meal preparation • Assistance with activities of daily living • Personal care • Medical appointments • Medication distribution
Community Outings
As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
• The Movies • Shopping • Going to Dinner • Baseball Game • Bowling
