WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECT CARE SUPERVISOR I ?

The Direct Care Supervisor I is responsible for the safety and hygiene of assigned members and supervises the staff in one of our Day Program rooms, ensuring quality care and vendor agreement specifications are met. In addition to meeting TCH's driving standards, they must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license issued in Arizona, be able to pass several background checks, clear a pre-employment drug test, and have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing direct care for individuals with disabilities, is required.
