JRI’s Developing Abilities program provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.
We Are Looking For Full-time Direct Care Staff Members To Work In Our Residential and Day Programs In Framingham!
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Schedule: We offer a variety of weekday and weekend shifts.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements:
Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required.
Availability to cover open shifts as necessary.
Capability to obtain MAP certification.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work efficiently and independently without direct supervision or colleagues present.
Valid driver’s license, with the ability to transport individuals in agency vehicles as well as your own vehicle when needed.
Background checks and driving record evaluations will be conducted.
